Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Site Service Technician to support the performance, uptime and reliability of specialist production equipment across customer sites. You will complete expert-level product training and deliver a full range of onsite services including installation, troubleshooting, break‑fix repairs, preventative maintenance, performance optimisation and operator training. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced technical environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Service technical college qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience in a break-fix service environment.
- Clean and safe driving record.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and service management applications.
- Completion of personality and technical competency assessments.
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work the shift pattern and provide additional cover when needed.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally within Europe for training.
- Must live within one hour of the site.
