We are a family run West Midlands facilities management company with contracts from Manchester and down into London. We have been established for 10 years and offer a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas, Electrical and Refrigeration services to Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Restaurants, and Colleges. We are currently looking for a skilled professional HVAC Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As part of our expansion plans, we offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment with a very low turnover rate.
Key Responsibilities:- Repairing and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems for commercial clients - VRV, VRF and SPLITS
- Maintaining and repairing commercial boilers if you hold gas certs
- Conducting routine inspections and diagnostics to identify system issues and provide effective solutions
- Conducting regular maintenance checks and identifying faults
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients
- Complying with health and safety regulations
- NVQ level 2 refrigeration & AC or FGAS Certificate
- Commercial Gas certificates
- Driver’s Licence
- Basic Salary up to £55,000 on a 40 hour week
- Travel paid
- On-call payment
- Overtime paid from 9-10hrs at single rate and 10 hours + x1.5 mon - friday (including travel and lunch in these hours)
- Saturday paid at x1.5
- Double time on Sundays and bank hols
- 25 days + 8 bank holiday
