Role Overview
This is a full-time field-based position supporting a diverse customer base, including SME, Corporate, and Education environments. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of office print technology, ensuring minimal downtime and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain Develop / Konica Minolta MFD hardware
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximise device uptime
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Provide clear, professional technical support to end users
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within agreed SLAs
