As part of a leading Facilities Management (FM) company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance services across our retail contract. What You’ll Do Perform PPM tasks and respond to reactive maintenance issues. Ensure all electrical systems are maintained to the highest safety and operational standards. Collaborate with site teams to provide efficient service delivery. Maintain accurate records of work and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. What You’ll Need 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation/Maintenance. Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or retail settings. A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 penalty points).
