Location : West Midlands Role : HVAC engineer (Commercial gas + Air Conditioning)   Package – up to £45,000 (40hrs )/ 25+8 days holiday/ travel – 15 mins /Van &  fuel card/ PDA tablet +/1 in 6 on-call + stand by/ pension / tools + ford transit 2019 or newer/ 8am start The Role We are currently recruiting for an HVAC Engineer who also holds their commercial to join our team. We are a West Midlands facilities management company who have been established for almost 10 years’ providing a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas and Refrigeration services. We hold contracts with well know Hotel, as well as Schools, Universities and Colleges.   Key Responsibilities: Fault finding and repairs of Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration Equipment ( VRVS, VRFS, AHU/ CHILLERS and SPLITS/ COLD ROOMS) Service and maintenance of all commercial plant room Meeting clients – Customer facing position Essential Qualifications / Experience: NVQ level 2 refrigeration & AC OR FGAS Cat 1 qualification Commercial gas qualifications – COCN1/CIGA1/ CORT1/CDGA1/ TPCP1/ TPCP1A/ ICPN1 Driver’s Licence Pass a DBS check Package: Basic Salary up to £45,000 on a 40 hour week Paid travel -15 mins On-call 1 in 6 – standby payment £100 Overtime x1.5 mon – sat Double time on Sundays and bank hols 25 days + 8 bank holiday Pension Scheme Smart Phone PDA Uniform Fuel card Van – for transit 2019 or newer 8am start  If you would like to discuss please give Chantal a call at CV BAY on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
