The company delivers high-quality services to commercial, educational, and care home environments across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas. Role Overview
This is a field-based role covering a 30-mile radius of Bedford. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of a range of fire and security systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain fire and security systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Conduct inspections to ensure systems meet compliance and performance standards
- Work professionally on client sites, maintaining strong communication and customer service
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience working on fire and security systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide references and undertake an Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving licence and full right to work in the UK
- Physically capable of performing on-site installation and maintenance tasks
- Relevant industry training or certifications are advantageous
