Are you a reliable and experienced Maintenance Fabric Engineer looking for a stable role within a growing business? We are recruiting for a full-time general multi-trade engineer to join our team and work on with our client base which is predominately the restaurant, cafe and pub sector.
You will ideally be experienced with the ability to work in the field independently and be confident in problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general fabric maintenance and repair works internally and externally (e.g. building finishes, fixtures, tiling, painting).
Basic carpentry tasks – e.g., fixing, hanging doors and door furniture
Minor painting and decorating – filling, sanding, and touch-ups
Basic plumbing – unblocking toilets, fixing minor leaks, tap changes etc
Field based role meeting various clients Requirements:
Full Drivers licence – no more than 3 points
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing would be an advantage
Previous experience in a similar maintenance role
Skilled in basic building maintenance tasks
Must be eligible for high-level security clearance – applicants must not have a criminal record Benefits Package:
£30,000+ annual salary
40hr working week
Door to door pay minus 30 mins
Monday – Friday work
On call 1 in 8 weekends with £100 standby allowance + overtime paid at 1.5
Weekly overtime available also paid at 1.5
Van & Fuel Card (work use only)
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
