We are currently looking for an experienced electrician to join our team, working on high-profile commercial sites across the Northwest region. This full-time, permanent role involves electrical installation, compliance, maintenance, remedial tasks, and fire alarm service and maintenance. Successful candidates will receive fire alarm training at our dedicated onsite training centre. Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of electrical installation, maintenance, and remedial works in commercial settings. Conduct fire alarm service and maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and standards. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients at various levels. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installation (City & Guilds). City & Guilds 2382 certification (18th Edition preferred). City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 (desirable but not essential). Familiarity with BS 5839-1:2017 standards (preferred). Experience with: Addressable and conventional fire alarm systems. Aspirating systems (desirable). Door access systems (standalone or networked, desirable). Nurse call systems (desirable). Call-out rota participation (desirable). Proactive, forward-thinking attitude. Strong technical aptitude and communication skills. Customer-facing experience. Competence in electrical certification and the use of multifunction testers.
