Domestic Gas Engineer / Gas Engineer – Yorkshire Basic salary from £32,000 – £36,000 per annum / 40hr working week / Paid travel / Overtime rates at time and a half Are you a reliable and experienced Domestic Gas Engineer looking for a stable role within a growing business? We are recruiting for a full-time gas engineer to join our team and work with our well established client base, which is predominately the restaurant, cafe and pub sector. You will ideally be experienced with the ability to work in the field independently and be confident in problem solving. This position is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge, training and commercial gas qualifications. Essential Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience within the domestic gas & plumbing industry Have good knowledge and experience working with a variety of Boiler Manufacturers. Domestic ACS gas safe certified (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, CEN1, CPA1) Commercial gas qualifications (CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1,COCN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1,CoNGLP1PD) would be an advantage Experienced in working on vented and un-vented hot water cylinders. Previous experience working on commercial properties would be advantageous Full Driver\’s Licence no more than 6 points Benefits Package: £32,000 – £36,000 annual salary 40hr working week Door to door pay minus 30 mins travel Monday – Friday work On call 1 in 8 weekends with £100 standby allowance + overtime paid at 1.5 Weekly overtime available also paid at 1.5 Van & Fuel Card (work use only) 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Pension Supportive team On-going training provided and funded If this position is of interest to you please contact #Georgia CV Bay on (phone number removed) #ENG1
