Junior Artist in Derby

We’re looking for a 2D Artist to join a creative studio within the iGaming space. You’ll work collaboratively with Development and Design teams to deliver high-quality illustrations and game assets, reporting into the Head of Studio.

A portfolio is essential, applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

This is a Hybrid role, so at least one day per week on site (initially three days for the first two weeks)

What you’ll do:

Illustrate and edit 2D game assets
Follow defined visual styles, themes and UX standards
Support the Design team’s creative vision
Deliver artwork to a high quality, on time and within budget
Contribute to the design process where required What we’re looking for:

Degree in a relevant field or up to 3 years’ commercial experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D illustration skills
Experience with tools such as Photoshop, After xiskglj Effects and ideally Spine
Collaborative team player with a strong eye for detail
Flexibility around working hours when needed to meet deadlines Nice to have:

Experience in animation
3D Art
