We are an international facilities management company established in the UK for over 30 years with offices across the world. We currently turn over 2 billion per year in the UK alone and employ around 9,000 employees across England, Scotland and Wales.
We are now looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to work mainly across our Retail sites. We are looking for someone who is able to be flexible due to one of our clients requesting ppm work to be carried out during the night. We try and keep our engineers 1.5 – 2 hours away from home each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repair and breakdown of all commercial heating equipment
- Field based meeting clients - Customer facing position
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
- Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, COCN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, CoNGLP1PD)
- Oftec, LPG or FGAS Qualification would also be an advantage
- Full Driver’s Licence
Package:
- Basic Salary up to £44,000 salary - to be reviewed at end of the year
- 40 hours per week
- Travel paid after 30mins each way
- On call rota 1 in 7 (£125 standby) – minimum 4 hours paid
- Overtime rates paid after 42 hours
- 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
