Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in Facilities Management (FM) or Building Services? We are looking for a motivated professional to take ownership of a multi-site national contract, based from Ipswich, ensuring excellent client relationships and contract delivery.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-profile, multi-site national account, delivering building services solutions across the UK. You will act as the key point of contact for the client, oversee service delivery, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvements to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery of a national FM / Building Services contract.
Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
Oversee operational teams and subcontractors to ensure high service standards.
Monitor budgets, P&L performance, and reporting.
Drive compliance, health & safety, and best practice across all sites.
Identify opportunities for service improvements and contract growth. Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager within Facilities Management or Building Services.
Strong commercial and financial management skills.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders across the UK.
Based within commutable distance of Ipswich, with flexibility for occasional national travel. What We Offer:
