Tailored specifically for recent RN graduates or those with less than one year of post‑graduation experience, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s program transforms your early nursing career into an extraordinary adventure. From preoperative preparation to post‑anesthesia recovery, we provide expert monitoring, pain management, and patient support during key transition points in the surgical process. We also play an instrumental role in admissions, discharges, outpatient procedures, patient education, and continuous quality improvement. Qualifications

Education and Experience

Required

• American Heart Association ACLS certificate within 4 months of hire
• American Heart Association BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Current Minnesota RN License
• For Charge RN: NRP within 4 months of hire, Inhouse Trauma Training that meets state approved criteria within one year of hire, PALS within 1 year of hire

Preferred

• Previous experience in acute care setting

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
