Contract: We’re looking for someone to join our team on a temporary basis, from June 2026 until June 2027 - 29th June would be an ideal start date.
Salary: £60,000 to £68,000 - fixed term PAYE (+ benefits).
Location: Very flexible – we’re happy for folks to work WFH and lots of us do. We only ask that you come into our London office a couple of times a month for team strategy days and socials – but of course, you’re more than welcome to come in as much as you like! 4 day work week – Fridays off.
About the role: We are looking for a strong, creative and analytical Performance Marketeer to lead our Digital Acquisition team for a period of 10 months (Maternity Cover). Working with the Performance Marketing Director and CMO, you will deliver our Digital Marketing Strategy and be responsible for the company’s most important acquisition channels.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee overall digital acquisition strategy working with the wider team to deliver and exceed our goals.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC, deciding where best to invest the overall budget.
- Take ownership of App Store advertising for Cuvva, defining the strategy and looking at ways to improve and optimise existing activity.
- Develop and oversee our digital creative testing, ensuring we are constantly iterating our messaging and driving improvement.
- Work with the data science team to drive customer insight and create a test-and-learn process that optimises funnel campaigns, leading to better business outcomes.
- Own Paid Social, Search and Display strategies.
- Identify and own tests on new channels that could drive growth, proving these out through managed tests before rolling successful ones into BAU.
- Manage our ASO strategy, looking for ways to improve conversion through both the App Store and Play Store.
- Manage Web-App reporting, driving landing-page improvements and funnel optimisation.
- Work with our Data Science team to further understand performance and implement their models into our campaign activity.
- Ensure tracking and performance monitoring is accurate and optimised.
- Report on weekly data, trends and solutions to the wider Marketing team.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience with a mobile-first product and specifically acquiring users via web-to-app is a must.
- Strong experience in performance marketing/campaigning, having undertaken digital campaigns for major brands.
- Can demonstrate examples of profitable paid user acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of ASO.
- Strong experience running paid acquisition campaigns using Social or Search channels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Balance of creative and analytical thinking.
