Cutover is seeking a Legal Counsel to own a broad, varied remit in a fast‑growing SaaS environment. You’ll be the trusted partner for Sales, Finance, People, Engineering, and Product, negotiating complex commercial contracts and shaping data protection, AI and IP strategy. Expect autonomy, impact, and a front-row seat to how a scaling tech business operates.
You’ll draft and negotiate MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, and NDAs, mentor juniors, and contribute to Cutover’s ESG and insurance programmes.
