A Teacher of Performing Arts, working 3 days a week (Mon, Tues, Thurs) is required for a special school (moderate learning difficulties) in the Guildford area. This role requires strong subject knowledge of either music, dance or drama with the confidence and flexibility to teach across all three areas working to a strong well established curriculum taught within a dedicated performing arts studio, providing an excellent environment for creative, practical learning.
The successful candidate will hold QTS / QTLS and can be from either a primary or secondary background with the ability to inspire and engage secondary aged pupils working at a primary level. Interviews will take place as soon as possible upon receipt of suitable candidates. The full time salary (MPS/UPS) and SEN allowance will be pro rata for 3 days a week. Visits are very much encouraged from those interested in this opportunity.
