We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sushi Chef to join this new opening Japanese restaurant with an elegant blend of authenticity and culinary innovation. With a vibrant open sushi kitchen setup featuring live sushi and robata counters, the restaurant will offer guests a dynamic and immersive dining experience. The successful candidate must be able to start around August.

About the Role:

As Head Sushi Chef, you will lead a talented sushi team with passion, precision, and creativity. You would be able to put your own stamp and personal touch in developing a new menu.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as Head Sushi Chef or Senior Sushi Chef in a high-end or fine-dining environment

  • Calm under pressure, with excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Fluent in English
