  • Position Summary

Working with the UKI/ sales team, you will be responsible for the execution of strategic marketing plans to fuel rapid growth in the UK/I market.

Core responsibilities are working with local management, sales, and practice development teams to drive lead-generation for local sales teams, provide ongoing customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) support as well as to build brand awareness and exposure.

  • Must reside in UK territory, ideally based in London.
  • Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings.

There may be the requirement to travel cross territories (when required) at short notice.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK/I marketing communications and product strategy in alignment with the local UK team and EMEA Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Lead the UK/I marketing communications and events plan, ensuring alignment with commercial and product priorities.
  • Manage UK/I social media channels, including quarterly strategy development, monthly content calendars, and campaign performance tracking in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
  • Lead the planning and execution of industry conferences, clinical meetings, Cutera-sponsored workshops, and seminars across the UK/I region, including budget management, speaker engagement, speaking opportunities, and social media promotion.
  • Manage the UK/I demo and system loaner pool, including device tracking, shipping, servicing, inventory, and replenishment.
  • Develop relationships with trade and consumer publications to maximize Cutera brand and product exposure, press opportunities, and media coverage.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide quarterly analysis of competitor activities, product developments, and market trends.
  • Develop and manage the UK/I marketing budget, providing monthly updates to the Regional Director and EMEA Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain and update Cutera UK/I and training websites to support PDM and clinical initiatives.
  • Manage inbound leads and coordinate timely follow-up and tracking of lead activity.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor monthly lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads across the UK/I region.
  • Adapt marketing literature, advertising, and creative assets to meet local market requirements.
  • Manage marketing literature and promotional materials at the Cutera UK office, ensuring resources are appropriately stocked and organized.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional departments across Europe to support EMEA marketing initiatives.
  • Provide logistical and operational support for European congresses and events as needed.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing function.
  • Strong background in lead generation within the medical device and/or aesthetic industry.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, Word Press, Salesforce, and Canva.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and consistently deliver results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
