Position Summary
Reporting to Corporate Finance, the Business Finance Manager (International) is the financial leader for our international operations. This role partners closely with commercial and operational leaders across multiple countries to drive profitable growth, strengthen financial governance, and support our continued global expansion. This is a highly visible, strategic role that blends FP&A, international operations, and business partnership. The ideal candidate brings strong financial rigor, commercial acumen, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate Finance and regional commercial leaders to develop and manage international budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Provide insightful P&L analysis, variance explanations, and actionable recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to assess risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Support international business development and growth initiatives through financial analysis, deal evaluation, and ongoing performance tracking.
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee the international finance structure, including coordination with local accounting firms across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, VAT regulations, and internal corporate policies.
- Implement and maintain strong financial controls aligned with GAAP/IFRS and ensure ongoing audit readiness.
- Review and validate key accounting processes, including accounts payable governance and approval matrices.
- Act as the primary financial liaison between international teams and corporate headquarters.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash positioning across multiple currencies and legal entities.
- Develop and execute foreign exchange strategies to mitigate currency risk.
- Centralize and streamline accounts receivable processes across international operations.
- Oversee credit management practices to ensure appropriate risk mitigation.
- Coordinate accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries.
- Collaborate across time zones and cultures to ensure consistent financial execution and communication.

Travel Requirements
This position requires domestic and international business travel of approximately 30% or more.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive finance experience. Prior management or leadership experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing international, multi-entity, and multi-currency operations.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS, with experience preparing or reviewing financial statements.
- Proven experience in foreign exchange management and treasury-related activities.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across multiple time zones.
- Business proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
