Under the direction of the Regional Sales Director, UK/I, the Practice Development Manager (PDM) will support our current set of customers by providing, developing, and facilitating customer product training to new and existing customers, adhering to Cutera's protocols while providing excellent ongoing customer support. The role involves providing valuable marketing support, building strong customer rapport to increase achievement, and strategizing, executing, and implementing account management initiatives related to consumable distribution.
Territory Overview
- Must reside in UK territory; London based; maternity cover - 1 year contract.
- Must be able to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attending tradeshows, corporate and training meetings, and possibly crossâterritory travel at short notice.
- Valid driver's license.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and utilization quota in the designated sales territory; drive consumable sales business and increase customer utilization.
- Deliver clinical training to Cutera customers for a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser and IPL hair removal, laser and IPL skin rejuvenation, laser tattoo removal, radio frequency microâneedling, laser resurfacing, and body sculpting.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to monitor performance and provide ongoing clinical feedback and support.
- Build rapport with customers through onsite visits to provide product & clinical training, presentations to guide staff through sales and marketing techniques.
- Provide marketing strategies to customers through digital marketing, website, microsite development, internal and external branding, patient segmentation, and sales tactics.
- Support regional workshops, open houses, lunches/dinners within the sales territory.
- Attend and perform demonstrations at tradeshows and workshops at the London office.
- Communicate regularly with Area Sales Managers to uncover opportunities.
- Perform administrative tasks: updates in Salesforce, business plans, weekly expenses, forecasting, weekly account penetration reports.
- Participate in crossâfunctional teams and allocate necessary work to complete projects on time and within budget.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- (Para) medical background or proven background as a medical aesthetician.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Qualified to operate laser and radio frequency equipment on live patients.
- (Para) medical background or proven background as a beautician, skin therapist, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy and skin anatomy.
- Three to five years of experience working in a field-based marketing or sales environment.
- Excellent communicator; both written and oral, with the ability to present confidently.
- Proven success in building rapport with customers; ability to effectively communicate and persuade audiences.
- Positive "can do" attitude, flexible with change, and able to multiâtask under pressure.
- Detailâoriented and highly organized.
- Marketing knowledge, including traditional, digital, and inâoffice marketing.
- Consultative and supportive approach to nurture and support customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
- Experience working in the medical device industry is a plus.
