Duties

  • Deliver professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and styling tailored to individual client preferences.

  • Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained for safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in barbering or hair styling, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalised advice.
  • Proficiency in barbering techniques, including fades, line-ups, beard trimming, and traditional shaves.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding grooming experiences.
  • Knowledge of current grooming trends and products is desirable but not essential.
  • Must have social media.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 clients on private books.
