What we offer:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth processing of SCDP Supplementary Declarations for a given customer on a month‑to‑month basis.
  • Complete Month End checks to ensure all entries have been accounted for and adhere to HMRC rules to maintain our/the customers CFSP Authorisation.
  • Work within established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely customs services through digital innovation.

  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dedication to providing exceptional service as per SLA’s and SOP’s
  • Proactive and confident
  • Completes personal goals (Agreed with line manager)
  • Experience in Excel is an advantage; ability to learn new systems is essential
  • Strong team ethic and proactive self‑direction
