The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the data processing team, ensuring timely clearance of import shipments, holding regular team meetings, and making sure all procedures are adhered to at all times. You will provide training when required, manage all customer invoicing, and address any compliance issues.
This pivotal role requires you to manage and motivate others whilst leading by example and ensuring all company policies and processes are being adhered to. Experience in Excel is an advantage, but ultimately the ability to expand on basic knowledge and learn new systems is more important. The role requires a strong team ethic but also the ability to work proactively on your own.
What we offer:
