Customs Insights has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customs Clearance Shift Clerk.
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – Day 1 & 2: 0700–1900, Day 3 & 4: 1900–0700.
Key Duties:
- Completing the day-to-day customs clearance work
- Assisting the customs clerks with completion of customs paperwork as required
- Assisting with other operational duties within the office at Manager’s discretion
Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in Customs Clearance
- Willingness to learn customs procedures and principles
- Good understanding of Excel spreadsheets
- IT Lite
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Conscientious with attention to detail
- Team player
- Ability to identify and report problems
- Polite and efficient communication with clients and internal staff
