We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the customs and logistics industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies
  • Driving sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Producing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments
  • Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities
  • Regular meetings with Management to share success stories and discuss effective sales and business development strategies
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Basic knowledge of sea, air, land transportation, and customs clearance operations is desired.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and internal teams is required.
  • Negotiation Skills: High negotiation skills are required for quotation negotiations and contract content adjustments.
  • PC Skills: Basic PC skills such as Excel and Word are necessary.
  • English Language: C2 Level.
  • Based in England, UK
