About you
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on high-end residential, F&B, and
hospitality interiors. Proficiency in all facets of interior design, spanning from concept creation
to furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), is essential. Additionally, a proven track record of
interacting effectively with clients, contractors, artisans, makers, and suppliers is highly
valued. As part of a small but rapidly growing team it is essential that you are proactive and
comfortable working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring extensive experience in high-end residential and hospitality interiors, showcasing proficiency in concept design to FF&E.
- Develop creative ideas, produce 3D models, and prepare concept presentations.
- Produce detail design documentation packages including drawings and specifications.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, makers, artisans, and suppliers.
- Source products, for fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes and decoration items, and material samples.
- Overseeing and mentoring junior interior designer.
You will be able to demonstrate
- Masters Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 7+ years of post-graduate work experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop).
- Bonus: Enscape.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
