This role is customer facing and is responsible for the overall hospitality and experience for customers visiting our showroom. Role also manages incoming phone calls and emails including supporting aftersales and admin queries. Candidates must be a real team player and be able to work closely within a small team. This role does require a proactive approach with a strong work ethic to be self sufficient. Being organised and have an eye for detail for the showroom upkeep abs standards is a must. Use of office 365 applications and experience with CRM system like Salesforce is an asset.
