Are you the person everyone can rely on? The one who notices what needs doing before anyone asks? The person who builds trust naturally, whether you're speaking with a CEO, welcoming a new starter, supporting a contractor, or helping a colleague solve a problem? If you're organised, proactive, kind and genuinely care about making people's day easier, we'd love to hear from you.

At Hestia Guest Services, we create workplaces where people feel supported, valued and cared for. Named after the Greek goddess of home and hospitality, Hestia exists to bring warmth, professionalism and exceptional service into some of London's most prestigious workplaces.

We are looking for a Business Support Host to join our team at the Head Office of a prestigious luxury retail brand, playing a vital role in keeping the workplace running smoothly behind the scenes. The role is working 32 hours a week, Monday to Thursday.

Why this role matters:

While others may see mail, lockers, stationery, facilities requests and office logistics, we see something much bigger. Every parcel delivered correctly. Every workspace ready for use. Every event set up perfectly. Every colleague supported quickly and professionally. These small moments create a workplace where people can do their best work. As a Business Support Host, you'll be at the heart of making that happen.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and courier services.
  • Supporting office logistics, workplace moves and operational projects.
  • Maintaining stationery and workplace supplies so teams always have what they need.
  • Managing employee locker allocation and administration.
  • Supporting meeting and event setups.
  • Assisting with facilities requests, contractor visits and workplace maintenance activities.
  • Completing regular workplace checks and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Building trusted relationships with employees, suppliers and service partners.
  • Delivering every task with accuracy, professionalism and care.

What we're looking for:

  • Conscientious and dependable, doing what you say you'll do.
  • Proactive and able to spot opportunities to improve things before issues arise.
  • Kind, approachable and naturally helpful.
  • Trustworthy and professional with excellent personal standards.
  • Comfortable building relationships with everyone, from senior leaders to frontline service partners.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Flexible and willing to support wherever the operation needs you.
  • Proud of delivering work to a consistently high standard.

Experience in workplace services, facilities, hospitality, front of house, office support, customer service, logistics or operations would be beneficial, but attitude and mindset are just as important.

Why join Hestia?

We're a people-first business that believes exceptional service starts with exceptional people. You'll be joining a supportive team that genuinely cares about each other, celebrates success and encourages everyone to grow and develop.

Benefits:

  • £27,000 + client discretionary bonus.
  • 20 days annual leave.
  • Wellbeing benefits + healthcare cashback scheme.
  • Career development opportunities.
  • Supportive and inclusive culture.
  • The opportunity to work within a prestigious luxury brand environment.

Employment details:

  • Experience: Not required
  • Employment: Part-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 32 hours per week between 7am and 7pm
  • Salary: £27,000 yearly
  • Benefits: Client discretionary bonus
