Customer Perceptions are recruiting Students throughout all of N. Ireland as part of the Serve Legal Programme, where anyone aged 18-21 is being checked for ID when making purchases.

Flexible working hours are available to suit your needs. Our fees are on a per shop basis, allowing you to do approximately 3 in an hour, resulting in an hourly rate of approximately £24.

All you need is:

  • Good observational skills
  • The ability to recognise outstanding customer service
  • A strong grasp of written and spoken English

Mystery shopping is an ideal way to earn extra income and help improve customer experiences while working on your own schedule, with assessments available on weekdays and weekends, during the day and evening.

We carry out mystery shops for clients across all sectors, meaning there are always assessments available to suit your own preference, with no obligation for you to take on any that don't suit.
