Customer. io is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our EMEA team.

You’ll own a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise accounts, drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and build relationships that help customers grow with us.

This role is UK or Ireland based, with a focus on commercial ownership, forecasting discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.
