Responsibilities

  • Take charge of a small but mighty team of demand planners and help them grow into a high-performing unit.
  • Build and maintain forecasts that the whole business can rely on to decide production levels and timing so retailers stay happy and consumers stay well fed.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and customer supply chain teams on a regular basis; be the main contact for key retailer supply chain teams.
  • Improve joint forecasting and service performance through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Engage in new product launches, delists and managing product life cycles.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in demand planning, supply chain or forecasting with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into calm, confident decisions.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and a genuine passion for developing people.
  • Background with forecasting systems; experience with SAP is a plus; eagerness to learn is equally powerful.
