Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child with cerebral palsy and global developmental delay, to support him to reach his full potential.
- You will deliver care in line with the care plan which includes tracheostomy management, care of the ventilated child, daily suctioning and gastrostomy care.
- You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare London branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings.
- A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Experience working in a complex care setting.
- Experience in tracheostomy & gastrostomy care.
- Experience of looking after a ventilated child.
- Experience with suctioning.
- Experienced in catheter care.
- You will need to be a car driver due to the location.
