CCH are looking for individuals like you to join our Enablement Care Team.Role SummaryShifts: 4 days on, 3 days offHours: Between 7am to 10pmLocation: Welshpool and surrounding areas (SY21 and upto a radius of 15 miles)Hours: Full time including days, evenings and weekendsA full licence and access to your own transport, is required due to the location of the role.Job Description CCH is in search of a caring and empathetic Home Health Aide to provide dedicated support to the local people of Welshpool and surrounding areas (a radius of upto 15 miles), ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.As an integral member of CCH, you\’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care.

Your responsibilities will include:
