What you’ll do

We are currently looking for a caring and compassionate individual to support our adult and child care packages across the following areas and surrounding locations:

  • Milton Keynes
  • Aylesbury
  • Luton
  • Bedford

As an Assigned Care Assistant, your role will involve travelling up to 50 miles to support our clients by covering gaps in rotas. This ensures continuity of care, helping to build familiarity and trust while delivering person-centred support. All training will be provided by our in-house nurse team to ensure you have the right clinical skills.

You will play a vital role in maintaining consistency for our clients, supporting them in their own homes and within the community.

What the role involves:

  • Travelling between client locations to provide support where needed
  • Delivering compassionate, person-centred care
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and well-being
  • Building positive relationships with clients through consistent support

Working pattern:

A mix of day shifts, night shifts, and weekend work. Opportunities to work across a variety of locations, offering flexibility and experience.
