Are you a highly experienced carer ready for the next step? We’re looking for a dedicated Mobilisation Care Assistant to lead the launch of new care rounds across Plymouth, supporting the induction of new Care Professionals and ensuring a smooth transition of care delivery.

  • Two-Week Rolling Rota
    • Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
    • Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday
  • Shift Length: 12-hour working days (between 7am and 10pm)
  • Additional Hours: Available beyond your rota if desired

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Covering brand-new care packages across Plymouth as they come in
  • Introducing the service to new clients, completing initial visits, building rapport, and gathering key information
  • Supporting and mentoring new or junior carers during the initial stages
  • Handing over the care package once embedded, then moving on to support the next new service user
  • Acting as a senior field representative for Home Life Carers and CCH – embodying our values, upholding quality, and ensuring care is delivered right from day one
