As Regional Recruiter for Wales, you will take ownership of recruitment across our Welsh branches, partnering with local operational teams to attract and hire compassionate care professionals. You will be a trusted partner to branch managers, a champion for candidates, and a key driver of CCH’s continued growth in Wales.
Job Description
What you will be doing?
- Managing recruitment for Care Assistant and support roles across Wales
- Building strong relationships with branch managers across Welsh locations
- Designing and delivering targeted recruitment campaigns via job boards and social media, and tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline and your personal KPIs
- Attending careers fairs and community events to raise CCH’s profile locally
- Supporting onboarding initiatives and promoting retention across the region

Qualifications
What you need
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in care, healthcare, or high‑volume sectors
- Confident communicator, able to build rapport at all levels
- Comfortable working autonomously across a large geographic patch
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Data‑driven approach to managing recruitment activity and reporting
- Passionate about making a difference through people
- Able to work with and achieve based on KPI’s
