Heat Pump Service Engineer

The Role

We\’re looking for an experienced and meticulous Heat Pump Service Engineer with positive people skills and practical installation & fault finding expertise. This isn’t your typical heating engineer position – you’ll be part of our ambitious team, delivering highly efficient renewable heating systems across Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Bedfordshire to expand our on‑site work.

You\’ll Be Perfect If

• You have a minimum of 3 years experience installing/servicing heat pump systems
• You can communicate clearly with all walks of life
• You love to be challenged and complete high‑end projects
• You’re a self‑starter who figures things out quickly

Projects You’ll Work On

• Bespoke new build properties
• Barn conversions and unique builds
• Commercial use buildings

Required Skills

• 3 years minimum heating system experience
• Gas Safe registered
• Neat, tidy and the highest standard of work
