We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Quality team, helping to ensure our products, materials and manufacturing processes meet the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in getting things right and wants to make a real impact on product quality and operational performance.
What You Will Be Doing
- Carrying out incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, components and finished products.
- Using measuring instruments, inspection equipment and test boxes to verify product quality.
- Identifying, investigating and resolving non-conformances and quality issues.
- Managing Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and Discrepant Material Report (DMR) processes.
- Supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintaining accurate inspection records, quality reports and documentation.
- Supporting internal audits, equipment calibration and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with Production, Quality and other teams to maintain high standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector or similar position, ideally within manufacturing or engineering.
- Good knowledge of inspection techniques, testing methods and quality documentation.
- Experience identifying non-conformances and supporting corrective actions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
It would be an advantage if you also have experience with:
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 standards.
- Ex certification requirements.
- RMA and DMR processes.
- Root cause analysis and internal quality audits.
- Inspection, measurement and testing equipment.
