Custom Kit is looking for an ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our growing commercial team.
You'll manage new and existing customer enquiries, turn opportunities into orders and take ownership of customer accounts from initial conversation through to production and delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is confident, commercially minded and wants to develop quickly within a growing sportswear and custom apparel business.
The role will include:
- Responding to and converting new sales enquiries
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Preparing quotes and following up opportunities
- Managing your own sales pipeline and customer accounts
- Managing orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Working towards monthly sales, conversion and customer-service KPIs
- Identifying opportunities to increase order values and repeat business
- Supporting larger accounts, brand partners and commercial projects
- Liaising with our design/production team and partners
We're looking for someone who is confident, articulate, highly organised and commercially driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous sales, account management, sportswear or apparel experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, ambition and ability to learn quickly.
Full training will be provided, with genuine opportunities to progress into Account Management, Key Accounts, Brand Partnerships and commercial leadership as the business grows.
