About Custom Influence

Custom Influence is a social-first B2B creator marketing agency helping brands like monday.com, Zoom, Google & ElevenLabs build trust through creator marketing and social-first thought leadership campaigns. We believe the future of B2B marketing looks more like social, community and creators than traditional corporate communications. Over the last 3 years, we’ve grown rapidly by helping brands understand how influence, trust and distribution are changing in the AI era. Now, we’re looking for a B2B Creator Partnerships Lead to help us deliver standout campaigns and build the operational foundations for what comes next.

What This Role Actually Is

This is not a passive campaign manager role. You’ll sit at the center of creator partnerships, campaign delivery and client communication, helping manage everything from creator relationships and timelines to problem-solving, process improvement and strategic execution. You’ll work directly with B2B creators, thought leaders and global technology and business brands to bring campaigns to life across LinkedIn, Youtube and other social platforms. We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with strong judgement. Someone creative, proactive and who makes everyone feel valued. AI and automation are already changing how agencies and marketing teams operate. We embrace that, but we also believe the real value of great agencies increasingly comes from human judgement, communication and creativity. If you’re the kind of person who naturally spots problems before they happen, improves systems without being asked, and enjoys bringing clarity to a situation, you’ll do very well here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creator Partnerships
    • Sourcing and matching creators to campaigns based on audience, credibility, content style and platform fit
    • Managing relationships and negotiating partnerships with B2B creators, thought leaders and industry executives
    • Briefing creators and helping shape strong platform-native content ideas
    • Navigating creator requests, feedback and campaign changes proactively and professionally
  • Campaign Leadership
    • Managing multiple creator campaigns simultaneously from kickoff through to reporting
    • Coordinating timelines, approvals, deliverables and communication across clients and creators
    • Supporting client communication and helping maintain a high standard of service and trust
    • Contributing strategic thinking and platform insights during campaign planning and execution
  • Operations & Systems
    • Improving and documenting operational workflows as the agency grows
    • Using AI, automation and smart saas intentionally to improve efficiency
    • Helping us scale without losing the human quality that clients value

You’re Probably a Great Fit If You…

  • Have years of experience working in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, podcasts or social-first marketing campaigns
  • Naturally think a few steps ahead
  • Care deeply about details because you understand details affect trust
  • Know when to escalate a problem and when to solve it yourself
  • Are excited by AI tools and operational efficiency, but don’t believe AI replaces good judgement
  • Have strong instincts for social content
  • Have probably found yourself informally “running the room” before, even without being the most senior person there

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have experience working in B2B marketing or with B2B & technology brands
  • Understand LinkedIn as a creator and distribution platform, not just a corporate social network
  • Have worked with founders, creators, agencies or fast-growing startups
  • Have an interest in AI, media, internet culture or the future of marketing
  • Have your own online presence, personal brand or creative side project

What Success Looks Like After 6 Months

  • You’re comfortably running ~3 creator campaigns at once without things slipping through the cracks
  • Clients trust you and feel confident having you lead conversations and solve problems
  • Creators enjoy working with you and want to partner with us again
  • You’ve improved at least one meaningful operational process internally
  • One or more social/content trends you predicted early has proven directionally correct
  • You’ve made your first hire and they are also thriving

Why Join Custom Influence?

  • Work directly with experienced founders building the UK’s fastest-growing B2B creator marketing agency
  • Be part of an industry still early enough to shape, not just participate in
  • Flexible working arrangements – open to custom schedules that work for you
  • Quarterly professional development & wellness budget

How To Apply

Please send a CV that lists more than just tasks or basic responsibilities you’ve done at previous roles. Please highlight your biggest achievements and milestones. Please also share your LinkedIn profile, any other relevant social accounts and a short note or DM to the Founders detailing why the role interests you.
