We are currently looking to recruit for a Domestic Gas Engineer (Installation, Service & Repair or Multi-skilled) in the West Midlands. Custom Heat Ltd is a family-run business established in 1980, based in Rugby. We work across the Midlands and South West, delivering high-quality domestic and some commercial projects. The working week is Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00) however flexible working requests can be considered at the point of application.

To be suited for this role you must:

  • Be Gas Safe registered
  • Possess an NVQ or recognised apprenticeship
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ independent installation experience (for install roles)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • OFTEC / LPG (desirable, not essential)
  • Be willing to travel on occasion a radius of up to 30 miles (subsidised with Mobile Allowance Arrangements)
  • Willing to undergo DBS check – Custom Heat is an inclusive employer and will use discretion at the point of disclosure relating to previous records.
