Job Description
What you’ll do
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurse to support a 6 year old child in their home with complex clinical needs and will be working alongside the child and her younger sibling.
This rewarding role centres on building a trusting relationship with the child and their family, while delivering high-quality, nurse-led care includingTPN via central line, gastrostomy care, and medication management.You will play a key role in ensuring the children’s safety, comfort, and development, using your clinical skills and judgement to provide consistent, person-centred care in a warm home environment.
Qualifications
What you’ll need
- Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin with3 years of experience as a fully qualified paediatric nurse.
- A backgroundComplex Care Nursing
- Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
- To be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate
- Previous and recentpaediatric complex nurse experience is essential.
- Experience with TPN is essential for this role.
