About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Exhibition Stand Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level designer who is eager to gain hands-on experience creating exhibition stands, brand environments, and live event spaces. You will work closely with senior designers and project managers, contributing to creative concepts, visuals, and technical drawings. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop both your creative and practical skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of exhibition stands and live event environments
- Produce 2D and 3D layouts, visuals, and presentation materials
- Support the creation of technical drawings for production
- Help prepare client pitch documents, mood boards, and design proposals
- Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams
- Respond to feedback and refine designs through multiple development stages

Essential Skills & Experience
- A strong interest in exhibition design, spatial design, interior design, graphic design, or a related field
- Experience using 3D software such as SketchUp, Vectorworks, Cinema 4D, or similar
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire to develop professionally and grow with the company
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel, primarily within the UK and occasionally to Europe
