Reports to: Senior Product Manager

Office based in Knutsford, 40 hours per week, Hybrid. 3 days office based (after probation)

Job Overview: We are looking for a Product Owner to help shape, prioritise and deliver our compliance platforms. This is a hands-on role that owns product direction at the delivery level. You will translate customer, commercial and operational needs into clear, deliverable outcomes, working closely with engineering and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, manage and prioritise the product backlog.
  • Translate customer, commercial and operational requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering to guide delivery and resolve questions and priorities.
  • Balance new features with technical debt, compliance requirements and operational improvements.
  • Act as the day-to-day product decision-maker throughout delivery.
  • Collaborate with commercial, operational and senior stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Ensure delivered changes create measurable customer and commercial value.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market activity.
  • Maintain a clear connection between product strategy, roadmap priorities and engineering delivery.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-delivery role.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
  • Proven ability to own and prioritise a product backlog.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a focus on customer outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and operational teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience in cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or data protection would be beneficial.
