We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our industry-leading Valuations & Advisory team in our London City office, with a focus on Industrials & Logistics. As an Analyst, you will be supporting the wider team and making a significant contribution to their service offering through the use of data analysis, cash flow modelling and valuation support. You will work closely with colleagues from the EMEA valuation team; reporting to the head of the team, the role offers wide ranging client exposure and responsibility, together with excellent career prospects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial models.
- Analyse property data using appropriate tools such as MS Power BI and MS Excel.
- Responsible for the testing of new models or reports and obtaining sign-off for each deliverable.
- Prepare supporting documentation and prepare and present analytics reports to a wide range of clients.
- Ensure high quality and flawless client reports.
- Work closely with other teams across the network to ensure consistency, develop skills and knowledge base.
- Support the EMEA Cross Border V&A team with data collection and automation.
- Identify where technology can be exploited and add value to CW’s service.
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong financial modelling skills using MS Excel.
- Highly numerate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics / finance or another quantitative subject desirable.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Some knowledge or demonstrable interest using analytical software such as MS Power BI.
- Written communication skills.
- Must be able to interact with individuals at all levels and different business lines in CW.
- Fluency in English. Other European languages would be a plus.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy, integrity and precision of work.
