We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Manager to support our global People agenda across APAC and EMEA. You will identify, drive and execute talent management and development needs and priorities alongside supporting key talent activities across both regions. This is a pivotal position, liaising with internal stakeholders and People Partners across various business areas globally, whilst enhancing Cushman & Wakefield’s learning offering. This is a hybrid role, ideally based out of our London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy & Execution: Partner with regional business leaders and People Partners to identify talent development needs and align them with both regional and global priorities. Lead the execution of core talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, engagement surveys, and promotions. Provide expert guidance and direction on talent and development strategies, acting as the go-to subject matter expert for APAC and EMEA. Serve as the escalation point for all talent-related initiatives and support the delivery of region-wide programs.
- Learning & Capability Development: Design, deliver, and facilitate learning initiatives that are aligned with business needs and regional learning strategies. Lead onboarding and ongoing development efforts to build capability at all levels of the organization. Manage the implementation and use of assessment tools such as Hogan and Insights to support leadership development and team effectiveness.
- Organizational Development & Change Management: Drive and support organizational effectiveness by identifying people-related opportunities and addressing business needs in partnership with People Partners. Lead change management initiatives, develop communications, and provide training to educate leaders and employees on talent programs and processes. Use data and analytics to generate insights from talent and performance metrics, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
- Leadership Support & Regional Ownership: Collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of talent strategies. Take ownership of EMEA talent initiatives in the absence of the VP, Talent International, ensuring continuity and progress. Support and enable business leaders through coaching and training, fostering a strong culture of development and engagement. Be recognized as a true subject matter expert in talent and development. Perform ad hoc responsibilities as required to support evolving business needs.
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in talent management, learning & development, and organizational development (preferably in a regional or global role).
- Strong track record of leading talent programs and supporting change.
- Proficiency in talent analytics and experience working with psychometric tools (e.g., Hogan, Insights).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A true subject matter expert who brings thought leadership and practical execution capability.
- Strategic and hands-on, with the ability to flex between high-level planning and detailed delivery.
