We are seeking a motivated individual to join Cushman & Wakefield’s established South East Office Agency team, operating across Greater London and the wider South East region. The team advises a broad range of clients on office leasing and disposal strategies, working with landlords and occupiers. The role will involve supporting clients through marketing, negotiation, and transaction processes, providing informed advice based on in-depth market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact on instructions, providing regular updates and professional advice to clients.
  • Advise on leasing strategies, marketing campaigns, and transactional negotiations.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to originate new opportunities.
  • Support the development and growth of the team’s client portfolio.
  • Assist in promoting the team’s profile in the market.
  • Contribute to pitches, presentations, and business development initiatives.
  • Identify and address key issues within transactions, offering practical solutions.
  • Prepare marketing materials and support the delivery of client instructions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor, or have undertaken the APC autumn 2026.
  • Experience within commercial office agency, ideally in London or the South East.
  • Understanding of leasing processes, negotiation, and market dynamics.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Good awareness of the regional office market and key occupier trends.
