Job Title Solution Architect – Legal Systems Job Description Summary We are seeking a Solution Architect to support with the deployment of a CLM (ContractPodAi) to our largest lines of business across the US. Job Description The Solution Architect will report to the Legal and Procurement Systems organisation, part of the wider Enterprise Technology division. System Support and Configuration Develop a clear understanding of the CLM tool infrastructure – its modules and inter-dependencies. Utilise this knowledge to run deepdive assessments as required in support of implementation, and monitor BAU stability of the CLM. Develop detailed understanding of the business use case underpinning current design , existing processes, and data. Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues prior to and post go-live, managing technical hypercare items through to BAU. Partner effectively with the implementation partner and solution architects across various technology stacks to ensure a holistic build is reflected. Perform smoke tests before releasing solutions to the business, optimising the build and eliminating bugs where possible. Support UAT by providing test cases for technical builds, including positive and regression testing. Provide actionable recommendations and communicate the impact of technical changes on business processes to stakeholders. Skills & Competencies Technical: 3+ years experience as a CLM Solution Architect, in an implementation capacity 3+ years SalesForce CRM/CLM product experience Advanced MS Excel skills Working knowledge of PowerBI and other reporting tools Soft Skills: Results-oriented with strong independence, collaboration, agility, and adaptability. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on timely, thoughtful problem resolution. Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with employees at all levels. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users. Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills.
