Reporting to the Senior Global Treasury Manager, the Senior Treasury Manager, EMEA is responsible for managing treasury operations across the region, with a focus on treasury administration, cash management, FX hedging, intercompany loans, and treasury-related transformation projects.
This role partners closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, Controllership, and banking partners to ensure effective liquidity management, strong controls, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage treasury administration across EMEA, including bank account opening/closing, KYC requirements, bank mandates, and signatory management.
- Oversee cash management and liquidity activities, identifying and escalating transactions that may impact cash flow.
- Support and execute the EMEA FX hedging programme, including exposure reviews, trade execution, and reporting.
- Manage intercompany loans, including documentation, settlements, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Lead treasury activities supporting legal entity rationalization and other business transformation projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and key internal stakeholders.
- Prepare treasury reporting, presentations, and project updates for senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and support treasury automation initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of corporate treasury experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, treasury operations, FX hedging, banking administration, and intercompany loans.
- Experience managing KYC processes and bank account structures.
- Proven project management experience, ideally within treasury or finance transformation projects.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills with the ability to create and deliver senior-level presentations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous people management, leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
