Senior Surveyor - West End

• Supporting senior partners on the acquisition and disposal of high-quality commercial property and investment assets across London's West End.
• Gathering and analysing market intelligence, including investment transactions, pricing, yields and investor activity.
• Identifying potential buyers, investors and acquisition opportunities to support transaction activity.
• Preparing marketing materials, client presentations, investment appraisals and pitch documents.
• Monitoring market trends and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the West End investment market.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, investors and other key market participants.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to new instructions.
• Assisting with the progression of transactions from initial instruction through to completion., You will join an established Capital Markets team with the opportunity to gain exposure to high-value investment transactions, work closely with experienced partners and further develop your expertise in one of London's most prominent commercial property markets.
  Experience in commercial property, ideally within agency, investment or a related property discipline.
• A genuine interest in the London West End property market and commercial real estate investment.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify key trends.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of work.
